I am retired and working on career #2 and 2 of 3 of our kids have left for college - our oldest is headed to UConn for her PhD (6 years) and instead of paying to rent, our thoughts are to do a version of a house hack with buying a house/condo and renting out one to two rooms to offset the costs of her rent.

It seems like these documents are intended as a bonus for purchasing the book (kindle version is only $10), so I probably shouldn't pass them on, but I'm wondering if anyone else who has these forms have run them buy a qualified attorney in Georgia to find out if they are legitimate here.

You should also request an estoppel so the tenants can confirm that the info you were given in the lease is still current and correct (you never know if the owner gives you an old lease with old info, and maybe the tenant has actually signed a more current version).

Hi Steve,I am certianly no expert but I believe the P&S agreement on a Sub 2 is not necessarily entirely different to a standard P&S agreement but I have seen Sub 2 versions to have verbiage such as the excerpt in the sample below, in addition to all the other standard clauses/ sections - as with anything, I would suggest you run this past your attorney to confirm it works in your state/ for your needs.
