I’d suggest checking out the Front Royal, Frederick, Baltimore and Eastern shore of Maryland areas.

They eventually came to my job a few years later and garnished my wages, ofcourse the job then fired my royal behind 7 months pregnant nonetheless.Okay this should be a cautionary tale if there was ever one.

@Michael O'Connellthe best rental cities in Oakland county are those just north of Detroit (Oak Park, Hazel Park, Madison Heights, Ferndale, Royal Oak).  

I have properties in Royal Oak and Lincoln Park that were just rented in the last couple of weeks with a very high demand as well. 

From a macro perspective you see it in the suburbs with folks getting priced out of certain areas (like Troy), moving to places like Royal Oak and Ferndale until those get too pricey, and now moving to areas like Hazel park and Hamtramck.On the other side you have downtown seeing massive corporate investment, and rents/housing prices are rising quickly.
