the no money down hype may be applicable in some situations. but i don't think its something a newbie should be expecting.. especially with challenged credit..

So pretty much now its the end of the rope there, and the hype people are still talking about basically they are just stuck holding the bucket.

Don't get caught up in the ridiculous guru hype.

My thoughts: Don't get caught up in the hype of selling and "making money" on your home if you still want to live there.

We have historically developed all our programs that we use on our internet ventures in house as we was able to do so due to the fact they did really make us money and not just a pretend or marketing hype thing.

I just say some of these courses and books just build you up with hype and that leads to a bad 2 step dance!

With all the shows on TV, and all the hype around this type of career or whatever you want to call it, it makes me wonder why more do not take the plunge into flipping properties.

A very good reality BS checker if you get caught up in the hype.

The key is to give them the correct blend of hype and fact.
