There should be a way to contact all of your collegues via a bulletin similar to myspace.

Search meetup.com, yahoo groups, facebook, myspace, craigslist, etc... for Cashflow groups in your neighborhood and play there.

Will I be able to count income from my current property after refinancing and finding another renter to occupy my space?

This was about at the .9 percent rent to purchase price, but once I move out in the coming month or two, I'll be able to rent out my space and cash flow about $800 per month on this property,  right above the 1 percent rule, at 1.1 percent.

If I was a landlord, this would depend entirely on the current market demand for my space, but what might be some sort of "standard" arrangement with respect to how much the landlord would pay to transition their space into one that was fit to be used as a child care center (of course, this will differ depending on whether the space is currently retail/office/etc, but just looking for some general insight), and any number of months free rent up front?

They invade my space, they get exterminated.

Here's a few online things you can do (which is what I am assuming you're looking for):- craigslist- pretty much any social networking site (i.e. myspace, facebook, etc.)- google adwords, yahoo search marketing, microsoft ad center- banner advertising on sites- etc. etc.

I have a vacant office space that I think would work really well for a doctor or a dentist.It's in a blue collar part of town, and it would be a great place for a medicaid clinic.  Are doctors still able to make money...

Think about Zillow, Facebook, IG etc....If BP wasn't properly monetizing their platform they'd be headed down the same path as Myspace.
