That's what I've historically thought as well @Nathan G. but then again that's us, not the average person who's understanding of online privacy is clearing their browser history. 

If there are no new programs check to see if you have an extension on your browser that's causing the problem if so uninstall that extention.

Turn up the security settings on your web browsers.

It's actually a chrome extension, so you have to use the chrome browser, but man is it easy.

I am having the same problem, whenever I type that URL in my web browser nothing comes up.

By the time several posts are read the browser tabs are starting to stack 10-20 high, LOL.

As for the mention issue, I know it is a frustration point and we have been working on the issue, but it is very browser specific and we're still narrowing things down.
