I usually ignore where one person owns 4 or more properties as this is usually a cash strapped investor that will pay at the last minute.Properties that were transferred recently or has a new house also likely has a mortgage and the mortgage company will step in if the owner doesn't pay the taxes.I keep pruning down my list till it is managable.Then I start looking at them on the GIS system so that I can see what is (or was) on the property and the property lines.

Instead of realizing the position I was in and strapping up my boots, I acted immaturely and found myself in and out of trouble for the next full year, until I had an epiphany and realized this was my life to live and if I didn't take a stand and create a future for myself I would only amount to being a product of my circumstances and environment.

My understanding is that if tongue and axles are removed, home is strapped down, intended to be a permanent fixture, and title is surrendered to the state, I can request reclassification.

Congrats on your life long success.Thanks for the kind words....Well, yes, I am glad you asked that question, in fact with the most recent development that made medical history, I am honored to say YES, I did go through, even at age 73, the not so painful process of cloning.When I started in this business, the most exciting electronic device I purchased when they came popular is a pager, I had to use pay phones and actually mail letters, look up property owners in person at the court house, go to the copy center, and drop off film at the local photo-mat and wait a week to get my pictures.
