I just started being an investor very recently and my first step has been getting educated:reading the right books, listening to BP podcasts and recently joining a Mastermind Class.

You should hit up @David Pere and join his mastermind group that is specifically for military members/veterans who are also real estate investors. 

I am in the industry masterminds and have one on one conversations. 

Maybe some guru sold Jay a $100,000 business mastermind plan.

Legalities aside.. as you know is it legal or not legal to assign contracts in FLA is hotly debated.but I was just at a RE conference it was a private invitation only mastermind thing.and there were some of the top wholesalers in the country there.. some that are even on this site.one thing that was evident to me though to be successful at this.requires1.

Definitely looking forward to somewhat of a Lake County mastermind breakfast/lunch at some point whenever schedules work out.
