If there is a claim it needs to go back to the manufacturer for replacement, not the above supplier.We do our own & so far out of 8 we have not had a single problem with the brand we prefer but we have had 2 failures on two other brand installs we had done over the last several years.In both cases it was the blower/inducer motors that seized plus the need for a new capacitor.

I have 5 rentals that I have owned for several years now, all 'cash cows' throwing off money, with few maintenance problems.Since Christmas, I have had to replace the water heaters in 3 houses, had the blower motor and control unit in an HVAC unit go out, and have a pipe under the foundation of the fifth house start leaking requiring two holes in the foundation!

This is a motorized fan that gets installed in the duct that feeds the problem area which will run only when there is a call for heat or cool from the thermostat.

It doesn't keep my AC from going out because it sprang a coolant leak or because the compressor motor blew up.

I'm familiar with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Variable Air Volume (VAV) dampers that moderate the air volume in each space with multi-speed (actually VFD) motors for the blowers and dampers that are solenoid controlled, but the systems I'm familiar with are way too expensive for the average home.
