My HVAC guy has carried everyone under the sun and has mostly switched to Goodman (still sells Carrier, which is Payne, Bryant and a few others) because they're easier to get parts and just as reliable these days.

We were able to do some consolidation loans through their commercial lending department... however be sure to check with your residential lender as to what Fannie Mae considers a Liam to be in your name.
