Does the common equity know about this capital (if not, do you want to invest and then have the sponsor subject to investor lawsuits because it wasn't disclosed)?

I found the lender from a different state by searching lawsuits and matched the one with this builder and their company.

Also mother in law suites and private bath are not as available.

Most of the content he has posted on IG recently is asset protection and international trusts (trust in the Cook Islands), international bank accounts (in Dubai), etc with videos of his family traveling in different countries.For someone who owns multi-millions in real estate, that makes sense but for 98% of the investors on here, especially new investors, it makes no sense to pay $20,000+ to establish international trusts, holding companies and LLCs for asset protection (from lawsuits) and a tax shelter.

I'm not a lawyer or attorney, but seeing as how so many have been affected by this, and the amount of bad practices that they're performing, i suggest some of you get together with an attorney, and see if you can go after this company with a class action lawsuit, and see if you can not only drop your remaining charges, but get back at least some of the money you put into it.

@Micki Ray Harper  In a quiet title lawsuit, you are obligated try to find people who should be defendants.

I do use the term "avoid" but it is quite difficult for anyone to avoid nuisance lawsuits today.

Due to the nature of the possible time and repair costs this may lead to speak with an attorney that can advise you on law suit. 

An LLC will do nothing for you such as providing asset protection and shielding you from lawsuits.
