If you go at it alone or allow the seller's agent to also represent you (dual-agent) - then you have no representation in the process, which may not be the best course of action if you are truly "very new to investing" - as you state.

Try the property appraiser website or the tax collector website if nothing else works.I certainly hope this helps but just go at it diligently and you'll find it..!!
