Computers can analyze property based on subjective data (square footage, # of beds/baths, etc.) but cannot calculate for objective data (quality of kitchen cabinets/counters, size of bedrooms and bathrooms, view out the living room window, etc.).You should study the market yourself.

I agree with @Connor Hibbs's comment on terms for first time flippers and if this is something you want to start doing more frequently I'd look for lenders that offer some type of rewards program to gain better terms through doing repeat business.

You can probably identify the builder of the subject property by contacting the City of Gatlinburg - they will have this information on file.Purely from an investment standpoint, building a cabin from scratch is by far your most expensive way to invest in the Smokies right now.
