Hey Jonathan,The program was through Lead-Safe Chicago https://www.leadsafechicago.org/lead-service-line-replacemen..., we had an old water meter that was replaced with a newer one as part of the program. 

But one of them had about 150 callers on their floor of their office and the other had about 600 employees..

And a deal in my opinion is one that will 1. pay for itself(All property expenses) and 2. pay the debt service(if necessary) and 3. put money into my pocket each month.
