Our unit count is bigger, but we are both mindful of buying very good deals and NOT outgrowing our infrastructure.The not so good news is that our models take a bit of time for results, not a ton.  

I do have some good news and that is someone put a down payment and is signing the lease on Nov. 5th.

For me AI is helping me sift the news and distil the most important points to take note.

For example, recent rezoning in parts of NYC has created fantastic opportunities for investors who were paying attention before the changes hit mainstream news.

You don't get to choose who claims the property based on who makes more money.Third, here comes the bad news: you cannot generate tax losses from renting rooms out of your own (or your daughter's) residence.

The good news is that you can fill out a form, provide the receipt of the repair, and they will credit you about 1/2 of the bill

Then the Disney area may be a good fit.But if you watched some youtube channel with someone, who seems to get a deceitfully large percentage of their info from selling courses, preaching the dream of massive upfront cashflow that you can then leverage into another down payment next year and so on while exponentially increasing your wealth so you can quit your job and live on the beach in Aruba, Disney is the wrong market for you unless you're willing to invest substantially into super tippy top end theming.The good news if you're in the former camp is that prices have come down quite a bit here compared to most of the country with all of the saturation/competion. 

One component of our communication consists of monthly news updates on the portfolio and individual site performance, which are uploaded to our investor portal, including monthly reporting of financials and individual facility performance.
