The parts that really require face-to-face interaction are:Technology-challenged clients.When *I* need to verify identity or competency of parties I'm dealing with.Certain parts of litigation.If a client simply must see my face.Most drafting and doc review, I do this remotely through email, scanning, shared folders and docs on my practice management system, telephone, and web-meetings.Texas is larger than most European countries.

That's right, believe it or not, there's 13 trillion dollars of negative yielding sovereign debt (and recently European corporate debt), floating around the world wide financial system, formerly the bedrock of most funds portfolios.

They were contemplating selling to me knowing I'm a real estate investor hoping that I could rent back to them for a lifetime lease while transferring ownership of the property to me, and I'd be responsible for taxes/insurance/remaining mortgage.I've done some research and it seems to be similar to a Home Reversion which is fairly common in European markets.

I am in the process of remedying that, in the meantime, know that I am of European descent and that the Irish/Scottish portion of my ancestry has manifested itself most prevalent.

He still lives in Spain, but is syndicating properties in the US now, with European investors.Biggest tip/pointer is to network and talk to experienced people as much as you can.

It does appear to be geared towards European guests.
