I am interested in investing in the Blue Ridge, GA area as a growing escape from bustling (and also growing) Atlanta with future appreciation and vacation rental potential.  

I have found that around the holiday season business is just as bustling as ever.

I know at one time Troost was considered Millionaires Row, but that was as a time when the avenue was bustling with shops and retailers.

For instance 50 miles away there’s 2-3 ski areas and a bustling town with outlet shopping and tons of restaurants and sometimes you can find a 1/1 condo still for $45K.

The property in question boasts a substantial expanse of land totaling 7 acres, strategically located in close proximity to a bustling downtown area.

Myself on the other hand, I have to have the hustle and bustle of the city to feel at home.
