If you're in midtown/east Memphis where it's a more expensive area that can be a little more modern/trendy I don't think a horizontal fence would be a bad idea.

I see an NMLS ID, and OR lic ID on closing docs, but company is based on east coast.

And out east were most investors really don't know the inner workings of how escrows close or how to prep docs its that much tougher..

But its in East Cleveland  So if it was west cleveland it would have been quite a bit higher priced.   

I would just be careful if you have the right to the land as well, becasue some countries in Asia only will allow you to own the actual property. 

In Tampa, some great spots to consider are University area, Seminole Heights, Ybor, West Tampa, East Tampa, Temple Terrace, and Town 'n' Country—all solid for long-term rentals.
