Also I got the SS package-refrigerator,dishwasher, and stove  from Home Depot for 1600 each.

I think all I did was procurement of supplies and installed 1 dishwasher. 

I put in granite tops, pullout faucets, porcelain backsplashes, and microwave hoods, plus dishwashers in the 2BRs.

Hi, I'm having a dishwasher installed this week as part of my tenant's lease renewal.

There will be a/c issues, lawnmower, weedeater, new refridgerator, dishwasher and a bunch of other things. 

Old refrigerators go first because they are the most important vs washers, dishwashers, stoves.

Get a stainless one if you don't already have it so it matches the stove.Add a dishwasher - also stainless to match.Consider demoing and replacing the tile backsplash to something more modern.

Appliances included are a refrigerator, electric stove, above stove microwave, garbage disposal and dish washer.

That means do the dishes/start the dishwasher, bag up the trash and start the wet towels in the wash.
