Great day to all,I've just been soaking up all the online youtube videos from Bigger pockets one after the other and I've made the determination to scale my business massively using the multifamily addition into our (wife and I) portfolio. 

Speaking of which.. what’s your plan if the property needs more updates than expected..would you hold it longer, or look for other creative ways to make it work?

For a facebook group and glorified YT videos he already has for free on TY and recorded zoom trainings that take forever to get to answering simple questions.

@Ryan RuppertI’m not familiar with using Shopify for a Direct STR site but I think it’s a creative way to go about it.

I always find myself getting caught up in YouTube videos, but they're never really informative.

I don't expect I'll ever have the brain that will easily understand all the different creative strategies there are out there for doing real estate but since I'm not planning to become a real estate tycoon or make my entire salary through passive rental income, it's not that big of a deal.

Also, a few private lenders or hard money lenders might have some more creative terms for multifamily, especially if you're open to considering that route.
