Recommend having an attorney review it to confirm.If the PMA has legally expired, then the PMC is in the wrong - although they may still have claims for covering the legal expenses.

The property was worth around $60M but they were doing a capital call to pay down the loan balance but that still had them at negative cash flow and no exit as they could not refinance and the originally equity was basically gone (or would be gone by the time they sold the property).So anyone considering a capital all, either review the numbers or engage someone and pay them to review it for you, just as if you were going to have someone review the initial deal.

You will definitely need to underprice the unit until you get some reviews. 

You may have your lawyer review the contract/property management agreement.

Have you reviewed the credit scores or do you know roughly what the loan to value will be after the cash out?

I may be able to replace Repuso for reviews so it may net out as equal dollars spent and solves for my number one complaint which is syncing pricing across all platforms (with added rules).  

Honestly, upgrading to a commercial-grade stackable setup like Speed Queen or Maytag might be your best bet.
