Well, sort of what Jon mentioned, he's what I'd call an old salt lender, been around RE, not really the private individual who is willing to make you a loan out of love, affection or based on your friendship, not that Jon can't be loving, affectionate or even friendly!

A great property manager will be focused on operating safe, profitable rentals...that's not to say they will be loved, I feel that a property manager has the unenviable job of holding the owner accountable to maintain their property while enforcing the terms of the lease agreement with the tenant.

There's a lot of hits on the Beloved Village, which is specifically geared toward the homeless and underserved population.

Condos aren't beloved everywhere but in a major metro area like San Diego they are going to appeal to a lot of people.
