My only complaint is that it is next to worthless on my Android device.

We also use an app called Duo, much like facetime but works on android and apple.

I don't like the default app in IOS or Android (not enough functionalities) but other pure CRMs are either way too much (I don't need to handle a business activity, just organize my contacts efficiently).
