In addition to all other remedies, any licensed contractor or association of contractors, labor organization, consumer affected by the violation, district attorney, or the Attorney General shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief prohibiting any violation of this chapter by an owner-builder who is neither licensed nor exempted from licensure under this chapter.

She also expressed that the fact we could possibly do something without the agent or associated costs would be a big relief for her. 

People are not getting any relief on homebuying even if prices drop or cool because mortgage payments are rising even more so. 

The only realistic or practical relief or recourse for the tenant would be to move.

The decision of many to quit is so often impulsive -- they do it with a view to short term relief and pleasure (i.e. to "sit on a beach", which sounds horrific to me).

I have a suspicion that someday, someone (or a group / class) WILL make those sorts of allegations, pursuing relief.

My property manager worked with the tenant to get them government relief, but the city sent the funds to the previous owner, this was for all of 2021 through february, so 3 months of rent while I was the actual owner.

That's a relief!
