That's due in my opinion to superior marketing, better lead follow up, better open house scheduling, more availability to show properties at all hours and better negotiation skills.If by #2 you're trying to say that Realtors won't list houses needing even extensive rehab, that's another gross misunderstanding of the real estate world.
