I advertised it stating high speed internet was available but never claimed low speed internet was available.

From what I have gathered by trawling on the internet and other blogs, Big Pockets has been an extremely valuable tool for its members and I hope it works out the same for me as well.Cheers,Tanmay

Are you looking to concentrate locally in the beginning?

There is no internet access at these places.

They are a solid low rates/low fees internet originating conventional loan provider.  

I've done this before using contract templates from the internet....

With the increasing number of internet sites that will "certify" service animals, regardless of their legitimacy, it does concern me.

@Cheryl BergtholdI haven't been to any of their investment classes, but anything you can learn from a class is freely available through the internet these days - that's why this website exists.

Not a better place on the Internet imo to get investing info.
