In ten years 50k invested properly with compounding interest, returns, cash flow, and gains at sell could be endless. 

There is no one size fits all answer here, the return that people want is impacted by an almost endless amount of factors. 

They're probably tired of the endless stream of sales pitches, job searchers, and investment opportunity pitches.

It took me a while to Build a relationship with non-profit organizations to have an endless flow of tenants.

I had wondered if his anecdotes were true.Regardless of the truth; The ideas conveyed in the book are solid and I think it helps a new investor and businessperson  open their mind to the endless opportunities available to someone who can see the possibilities and think critically.Yet my question still remains.

We are doing all this for our clients, while another part of our team is filing insurance claims, contacting our contractors, the list is endless.  

Hopefully I can pay more down on it and ultimately sell it, getting into something more reasonable.I still kind of feel like a ship lost at sea, but at some point I have to set a direction for myself and go or I'll float endlessly.

But the number of folks that really love talking about it has been nearly endless.
