You need to look at the pet owner as much if not more than the pet, what experience do they have as an owner, do they really know much about the breed or did they get it just thinking it was cute or that they have some macho personality thing a guard dog is just cool?

North and South Carolina are beautiful to live in with mountains on one side, beach on the other, cute downtowns in Charlotte, Greenville, Charleston.

I am a B-class kind of person and wouldn't rent this particular house, but an A-class person loved it and will likely turn it into a cute home.

Wouldn't touch it.There are many areas in other states and mine that are very nice demo graphics where you can pick up a property for 200k.WHY would someone spend 200k for a high crime zone from afar? 

My cheapest overall purchase price was $8,500-- but we had to re do everything and had to put about $15K into it, ARV is likely $75K, very cute but tiny house-- currently rented for $700/mo.My cheapest/best total investment, and honestly probably our luckiest one--  was a 2bd 1 bath-- $10,000 at an in person auction in 2017,  only had to put about $7K into it-- currently rented for $650, ARV is $100K.   

This house we are leasing is cute, but it's small and the lot is also small (about 5600sf).
