It could have a wetbar and mini fridge (hot plate), that has entry to the yard, connected by a door (that locks both sides like a hotel) - they would have their own entry and wouldnt have to go through your space

@Barron Brittingham if they are a friend send them on a mini vacation or hire them as a independent contractor for marketing, repair work, you can get creative... as long as you stay within the guide lines of not paying a non licensed person a commission.
