How will you do bookkeeping and accounting?

Hello,Curious about how other investors, say 25 units or less, manage their bookkeeping needs.

Is he charging you $1,675 to do your taxes and $100 for monthly bookkeeping? 

Stessa is much cleaner, easier, and more well designed for real estate than Quickbooks.If you outgrow Stessa one day you may have to move to Quickbooks simply because that is what so many others (bookkeepers, accountants, etc) are embedded with.I highly feel there would be a great potential market for better real estate owners software.

She has fully converted and plans to transition to the book keeper.  

(In Quickbooks, I used classes for this.)3) Quick, painless entry of data4) Good reports, charts, and graphs5) Easy to send data to my Accountant in a format they can use for taxesSome things I DON'T need:1) Billing and Invoicing.2) Tracking vendors3) Tracking payrollI work in software, so I can't help but wonder if there is a need in the market for a simple, low-cost, easy-to-use bookkeeping tool?

what would be a good book keeping system for an small company, that will allow to track different flips and rentals independiently?

Am I looking for a bookkeeper, or am I too small for substantial help?
