Real Estate Bookkeeper Needed

Hello,

We are Real Estate Investors, Property Managers and General Contractors located Upstate NY (Montgomery and Fulton County) We current own/manage ~250 units and we are in need of a part-time Real Estate Bookkeeper to help with our growing companies. If you or anyone you know is interested in this role please reach out. General R&R's for this position are outlined below. 

  • Documenting transaction details
  • Putting together financial reports
  • Fact-checking accounting data
  • Notify senior staff of any accounting errors
  • Calculate interest charges
  • Recording financial transactions
