( was a broker as well and I got a piece of that when I brought a deal in) then they took 10% equity  and they owned the management company..

They ran a garden hose for the washer and plugged the dryer into the stove's 220 outlet.

On top of the top rock, you should put garden mesh so the dirt doesn't filter through the rock and into the pipe, clogging it.The agricultural field drain pipe and system was designed to take water out of the ground, not require tons of rock and to also not silt in.
