Over the course of two and a half years, I've been able to build relationships with REO agents and position myself to better be able to acquire REO property from these agents.What I did wasn't rocket science, didn't require me to bribe anyone, didn't require me to have any specialized skills or knowledge, etc.

Investing isn’t rocket science…..

They have been sky rocketing for years now.I have Kaiser insurance - which covers everything I need it to and is relatively affordable.

They can be your private money lenders, build a buyers list of other rehabbers if you intend to wholesale.It is not rocket science, however, it is not easy and it takes a ton of effort and determination.

fast forward 6 years, we have had the same tenant all 6 years, the place still doesn't cash flow, we're close to breaking even on it now over the course of 3 years of raising rent (but property taxes have sky rocketed!)...

Living in this subsidized way has essentially thrown rocket fuel onto my long term savings and how much I can,set aside for the next deal, brokerage acct, and 401k.

In the good parts of Norwood, home values are sky rocketing (as with many neighborhoods of Cincy), and I don't think rents have followed the same rate.  

There are also places like rocket lawyer etc. that is online where for a nominal fee you can ask a question etc.No legal advice given.
