I have a few boxes of clothes I'm getting rid of.

All clothes need to be washed and dried on hot & bagged up, furniture checked, clutter eliminated etc... the thought of trying to get 12 different families who have enough trouble understanding me as it is to coordinate all this gives me a migraine. 

However the tenants will also have to take every piece of cloth they own....clothes, blankets etc. and wash them, run them through a dryer a few times on the highest heat and then put them into sealed plastic bags for storage.

Yes, I might wear a nice watch and name brand clothes...

So a lot of clothes are bought online now for cheaper as it is an afterthought.

All other expenses remain separate - car insurance, health care, clothing, etc.  

Based on what I see the pictures as clothes, sneakers, treadmill, mattresses are with in the property, I bet the PM company had the property surrender form signed. 

People just need to bring their clothes and groceries, everything else to live like at home is in the STR.Has anyone done business with Tyson or their employees? 

Mary washed a small load of clothes on Sunday and the water/sewage coming from inside the clean-out was nasty.

(Also, it isn't just that he's working through a backlog of clothes or something like that, this high usage has been going on for months and months) I believe he has some form of cleanliness OCD, both because of this and because when he moved in initially he made many other requests for things to have extra cleaning, additional painting, or to be replaced.
