All clothes need to be washed and dried on hot & bagged up, furniture checked, clutter eliminated etc... the thought of trying to get 12 different families who have enough trouble understanding me as it is to coordinate all this gives me a migraine.

However the tenants will also have to take every piece of cloth they own....clothes, blankets etc. and wash them, run them through a dryer a few times on the highest heat and then put them into sealed plastic bags for storage.

(Also, it isn't just that he's working through a backlog of clothes or something like that, this high usage has been going on for months and months) I believe he has some form of cleanliness OCD, both because of this and because when he moved in initially he made many other requests for things to have extra cleaning, additional painting, or to be replaced.
