It is in a risky neighborhood but the city is paying 1 billion in renovations to the area with everything from parks, bars, new sidewalks, universities, apartment complexes, farmers markets, you name it they are doing it over the next seven years.

The decision now is whether to embrace the largest rental group, university students, or focus on families.

That is certainly true of the university where I teach, but as for teaching the basics, the worst classroom I've ever been in was a 'back to basics' classroom in California.

Probably one of the universities near Memphis has something like that.

Its a little on the brown/warm gray side.

We tend to attract recent university or college grads to out unit, young people that are still looking for a less expensive place but are sick of living in houses with 4 other people.For the last 7 years we have had a nice chocolate brown laminate flooring down there but there's been some water damage in one room.
