I have a Honeywell 9000  series Wi-Fi thermostat, Wi-Fi Rheem water heater, Digital Watchdog exterior cameras.

Have plumber investigate, by camera and/or cable.

Example: rent is $1300/mo as is, $1400/mo for a new "tech package" with all nest connected door bells, cameras, etc. 

Well we just got a guest that I can see in the camera has snuck in a small pooch.

My tenant has gotten a security camera and is very frustrated and angry.  

We have systems in place for everything, we have a texting system that auto logs communication to their tenant file, cameras in our facility that record video and audio, our phones are recorded, emails auto link, there is nothing for tenants to say when we have a mountain of data and all notices recorded in the system.  

Anyone have a recommendation for a non wifi (lte or 4g network) security system to put in place during a rehab?

Is the home nicely furnished with furniture that might not be the most comfortable, but that looks great on camera?

Monitoring - I have a camera doorbell, driveway camera with floodlight, and one camera down each side of the house where I can see the AC units, pool pump equipment, meters and trash cans.

If you put it in the laundry room, then you can also add a camera to watch it and the common area.If that's not an option, consider finding a trust-worthy Tenant with room - and willingness - to put it in their closet or up on a kitchen cabinet.
