When you have a deadbeat, your property is often already damaged due to the filthy way they live and the drugs and alcohol they abuse and the poor choices they make.

@MattP, I guess a better question would have been, how robust is the information in the databases that they pull from.

We have some good process and systems in place and we are not scared of making them more robust.

As a fairly social guy when I was college age, I thought I knew a lot about the less legal aspects of party life and drugs when I had my college boarding house going putting up with roommates using alcohol.

We attract mostly guys and though we are not in the party zone, they tend to be more dirty and lots of alcohol.   

But when we were pursuing more leads and had a full time caller, we set her up with Hot Prospector it allowed her to manage all of that in the system and set reminders and delete bad/wrong numbers etc..It's a bit more robust than mojo sells and may require a little help from someone knowledgeable to set it up for you.
