Sorry for the delayed reply @The only special thing about this home is location and convenience to campus, it's only a 2 min drive from campus, 5-10 min bike ride, neighborhood is decent with other college rentals.

I need to be much more intentional around marketing for local off market multi’s to be able to create more opportunities for the community to come together and get deals done.I think I might make that car ride into work every day a reflection period, that was incredibly powerful and I absolutely needed that lol.
