I do not have the appetite for it at the moment but Port Chester is a great market with very low vacancy and only a 25 minute express train ride from the city. 

Sorry for the delayed reply @The only special thing about this home is location and convenience to campus, it's only a 2 min drive from campus, 5-10 min bike ride, neighborhood is decent with other college rentals.

Tenant did not have judgment money when sheriff arrived but got a ride while the sheriff waited and was able to pay judgment amount.
