That's evidence that they are not problematic or has not been problematic to the previous landlord, who tends to give a good recommendation just to get rid of them.The Statements also ensures that I wasn't set up by one of their friends "Pretending" to be their landlord.Of course a lot of Landlords don't go to my extreme, but this is NYC.

So that is really the extent of my knowledge other that what I read on here and what I google, I have a 6 figure income a strong Business sense and above average intelligence and am a salesman at heart, I have around 30 k of my own money that I would like to keep right where its at and some other money in 401ks and such but lets just pretend those dont exist.
