INTERIOR WALLS, TRIM, AND CEILINGS:--> Wall and ceiling damage – looks like these can be fixed with scraping of any peeling paint and patching the holes and smoothing out or retexturing the patched work

I've noticed that the planks can peel up, if not enough glue is used. 

I have used more of a wash and peel method but most wallpaper I have removed was over plaster.

We've been there for 10 years and there's no sign of peeling yet. 

To the flooring it is my guess it was painted with kilz to mask a pet smell at some point in time as it was and still is cheaper to do that and put carpet in then to refinish the floors.Good Luck.

Same thing with code enforcement, a lot of the "violations" are as simple as peeled paint on a porch.

I still wear mask and a new, clean pair of gloves.

We are good to go he just asked I remind everyone to please respect house rules and please enter with a mask and if you must wander anywhere to please wear the mask.

You could also view it as an opportunity to put another type of flooring in if it's valued in your market.Another thing to try (if you have central air) would be to put a deodorizing spray on the air filter and run that for a while, but that may just mask the scent.

Thinking long term, the wood paneling can warp, peel, or rot, resulting in the dismantling of your tiles.
