I think this discussion would need to take politics into play somewhat, Brian, as the government has been trying to legislate around this issue for a long time.That said, great question . . .Rich for me (financially - I mean) would be having enough money where I didn't need to work to sustain my family; my money would do that for me.What number is that?

A good reason to SUPPORT PM's that are members of the National Association of Realtors; National Association of Residential Property Managers; and other, similar, national Professional organizations that DO take an active role in local, regional, and national legislative/political issues.

That is the real problem.As far as the topic's beginning there are not too many companies left that offer a good health insurance because of all the recent health changes and regulations or proposed legislations that are now hopefully dead.I want choice without being forced into anything.

So Ohio is now gratefully on the upswing - recent governors and state legislators have been able to cut taxes to encourage corporations to stay and more to come, Young people see a future in urban Middle America, I won't drone on but CLE is definitely a different place now vs 15 yrs ago- super fun and there's so much business coming back in.
