I can almost guarantee if you see outlets in the baseboards it means very old electrical, lathe/plaster walls, plumbing, mechanical.

I can't say for certain that you would be eligible for a church loan in 2 years, I don't have any outlets for those right now, and I don't know of anyone offhand who does.
