We always have a different local guest speaker come to each event and give a presentation of their real estate story to date, food, drinks, and lots of time for networking.

I haven't attended a BPCON personally but I don't think your age should matter much unless there are a lot of activities in a drinking environment that you wouldn't be able to attend without a chaperone.

I was making minimum wage at the time, bringing home $300 a week, smoking two packs of cigarettes a day, drinking 3 coffees a day, spending money on scratch tickets and blowing money on card games.
