Sounds like you can do all the legwork.Too rich for my blood (by a wide margin), but I'd be interested to hear how you end structuring the deal.

The voltage drop is greatly effected by the gauge of wire, thinner wire will lose more power. sounds like a fun project, but I'd recommend not getting too complicated for a diy project.

Polybutalene was a for-runner of PEX   Close to the same as pex but with thinner walls.

Thinner walls, everything made of laminate (which I despise, though understand), and they're still wildly overpriced in my opinion.

What if they spill a can of paint thinner, that happens to hit a hot light, and "poof" a fire insues, and there goes your property.

Now I would say obviously test out a small area before really going at it and it does have a substantial odour to it, but then again so does paint thinner.

I don't see much wrong if an individual wants their barber to perform a tooth extraction or a blood letting, but the state wants dentistry, medicine...and even barber's to be licensed and to perform only the activities that they are licensed to do in order to protect the public interest.
