Hi y'all,I just recently moved to Southwest Florida from Houston, I'm a 27 year old with a professional 8 to 6PM job and I am hungry.

You can find good neighborhoods and excellent transportation downtown on the South and Southwest sides for a LOT less money than you'd pay where you're looking now.

New construction houses there seem to be selling for $295-340k in the Southwest area of the town, which I’m assuming is part of the Buckhorn school district.

You can only pick certain markets though; currently they have Dallas/Fort Worth, Phoenix Area, South West Florida, Austin, Houston/Galveston, and San Antonio.

I think @Page is in Southwest MT and I am below you in Wyoming.

I have a few areas I'm looking at : North, South, West Philly

I'm open to several locations but think I'd like to invest in the southwest (San Diego, Las Vegas, and Phoenix).

I was born and raised in Chicago (Archer Heights-southwest side by Midway Airport and Jefferson Park, where my parents still reside) and also just joined the BP community just a few days ago.As far as investment preferences, there's no right or wrong answer.
