With a HH, you can learn how to analyze properties & markets, how to find an investor-friendly agent, how to spot value-add opportunities at properties, how to engage in a strong due diligence process, how to screen tenants, how to manage the property, how to build a network of contractors, plumbers, electricians and other pros, how to manage the book keeping of the property, etc., etc., etc.

I also really like David Green's advice about starting out "try to find a job withing the real estate space" like an appraiser, or loan officer, or bookkeeper - hopefully something you can do on the side to help generate some more seed money.

I am looking for bookkeepers who are familiar with my property management software Rentec Direct.

Applications, background, credit, and eviction checks, collecting and keeping track of rent, keeping track of maintenance (requests and repairs), and book keeping to hand over to the accountant during tax time. 

Looking for a bookkeeper who knows the rentec software and can reconcile statements each month. 

Some investors do the month-to-month bookkeeping themselves and just hand them to a CPA at the end while others do everything themselves including filing the taxes, .......* For your questions about which market to target, price to rent ration, rehab cost estimate, ....

Is there something out there that is a one stop shop to where I can not only post payments and such but also have it help with my bookkeeping as well that is a little like the program that AM4H uses on their site?
