Myself included have never bought a car off a dealer lot and i have owned quite a few and the property i own was bought off the two owners directly and i know many young people who browse craigslist for whatever they are passionate about ( either car parts or bike parts for projects etc...) and even though i think social networking has made people less social i think that people are becoming more of a social consumer and personally i always try to negotiate a good deal for myself to save what i can where i can...

Honestly the guy being a racist would probably be the thing I paid the least attention to in this situation.But sex offenders, thieves and drug dealers don't tend to advertise that in front of their house.

The Plain Dealer had lots of articles and stories.

I started off wholesaling and as I became more educated about the subject i stoped until licensed as a real estate licensee or as a broker-dealer.

It was paid for, made a nice down payment on a new one, dealer made some coin, I got a new car and get to spend my time doing houses which pays more than selling cars...I didn't get ripped off, my needs were met. 

At the end of the day, I think it takes the same mindset that drug dealers take, If I don't do it someone else will and make that money so why not.

@Phillip Collie - No, it is not too hard to get a mobile home dealer license. 

I have flipped a ton of them(land/home) and am a dealer here in NC.

Be it the Irish neighborhood or the Italian neighborhood or the German neighborhood or the Jewish neighborhood .. and this goes on to a certain extent today.. people are clannish.

@Matthew Irish-Jones this property was on market but about an hour ago the seller backed out and decided to flip it himself.
