That's why I was so successful with my purchases in San Diego and I will be successful forcing appreciation in Ohio.I have no crystal ball, but I would rather buy low than high.

I am crystal clear,I think I mentioned what you are saying.

My crystal ball says, all fixed rate loans.

They had carpet installed over them more than once and was actually glued down at some point (the glue was so old that it crystallized and fortunately came up with the rough sanding).

You can definitely do something with 300-350k in the Inverness, dunellon, crystal river area.

Offering this information nationwide could give a great forecast of where population will migrate and in turn help us know where to buy.And before someone gets on me for this, I'm well aware there's no such thing as a crystal ball or 100% accurate way to predict future job growth or we would all know exactly where to buy and be filthy rich. 

While I hate for my clients to pay any more tax than they have to, sometimes paying the tax is the best answer.No one has a crystal ball, but running options is the only way to see the big picture.  

Great question because many believe that you can't be successful unless you have your Why crystal clear in your mind.
