So criminal 1 might attack your credit card accounts, criminal 2 might try to sell your real estate to other people, criminal 3 might try to hack your investment accounts, criminal 4 might hack your bank accounts, and criminal 5 hacks your email and changes your passwords. 

I have already been pre-approved for a Conventional 30 year Jumbo Mortgage but I am looking to attack and pay off this home quickly.

I could get a much better pro-forma return but I’d probably have a heart attack.

You're still ignoring that you're adding to the brrrr, then attacking your straw man argument. 

Based on the information I provided above how would you attack your first investment?

You have to attack this entire thing with what brings you a larger return.

Once you can clearly and honestly ask yourself that question and come up with a deep answer then you will have a better plan of attack.

But then again, if it is unaggressive towards me, that doesn’t mean it won’t randomly attack someone in the future.On a side note, I think it’s wacky that a person would rather have a restricted dog than a roof over their head.

We are not, so maybe that is what I will try to attack next.
