The tenant didn't leave with your washer, dryer and stove--he STOLE your washer, dryer and stove.Have you called the Police and report it, then maybe he can go sit in Jail with the rest of the thieves.He will update his Drivers License, or be pulled over for a traffic stop at some point--and bingo (open warrant).

Condos, especially the ones on or near the beach are considered "non-warrantable" by lenders and often require higher interest rates and down payments of 20 or 30% and portfolio loans, even if you are able to claim it as a second home.
