Exploring Panama beach city do STR

Hello everyone , i leave in Texas , army vet , purchased my second property right before COVID hit , after that I dedicated to solely focus on my career , but I am back in business, Initially I've been looking for Long term rentals over Fort Worth , Texas ( where i live ) , but it got overwhelming due to bid wars , so I'm shifting my investing career to STR, I have done Airbnb with my first house , so I am familiar with it . If someone knows very well the market over Panama City or Panama beach city , I would gladly receive your advise. Thank you
